Belize is our Destination

Belize is a small part of the Caribbean Islands. Our family decided to spend the vacation in warm climate. I have never been there and has my husband either. We booked tickets, rented an apartment on the beach through Travelocity Promotional Code online and started our traveling. Our trip was suggested to be through Mexico. It is a very exotic country with its ancient culture and traditions. Our two kids would like to stay in Mexico due to the fact that they have friends from this country. They are going to school together. Therefore they have heard much about this place on the earth and surely they want to see it with their own eyes. Majority of our friends have vacation in Mexico – it’s convenient and not expensive.
Belize is a very small country in the Caribbean Sea. It has an exciting history, which we are planning to know in a few hours. Our vacation is going to be truly challenging – we’ll touch the past of Belize a little bit. It’s fun. And the main thought is the wonders of this tiny beautiful spot on the earth. During our vacation we decided to investigate the Caribbean region and know something interesting about Belize. My husband and I try to teach our children to see the world – it is amazing to know new places, meet new people and have new impressions. In addition, Belize is full of adventurous stories of the past times when pirates occupied the island and tried to offend the locals. Today tourists from around the world are visiting this corner of the earth to loll in the sun and join the history of Belize and to see the wonders of it. The Caribbean Archipelago is not a country or island, rather it is a group of small and big islands in the Caribbean Sea and Belize is just a tiny part of it. Long ago many European countries shoed their interest to this region – Spanish, Portuguese, and English, Dutch, and French conquerors were fighting to take over the domination of the Caribbean territory. Belize was rich in gold and silver. Today it is a region with its developed technology and business. However the main business is actually tourism. Lots of tourists are having vacations here to relax and catch new strength from the sea and the air.
